We do our best to ship your product as quickly as possible.
For off the shelf and in-stock products this is normally within 1-2 business days. For customised / made to order products this is 1-4 days.
Restrictions on opening hours of local delivery offices as well as the overall shipping mechanisms during the current situation may add some delay.

Import duty
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This will affect orders outside the UK and EU.
